We are a Group of concerned residents of Fawn Ridge. We do not represent the HOA. We are long time and new residents of the community and only wish to provide the truth surrounding decisions, events and actions that affect this community
October 2022, the Community Antagonists, James Geider and Barry Edwards launched formal records requests to the Association for items including all email correspondence related to board business for the past 7 years.
This request while being far reaching does threaten to impart sustantial costs to the Assocation to review materials
Community rules and regulations must be followed. There is nothing pleasant about taking a neighbor to court over compliance but what is at stake is the ability to enforce any restrictions. The current case in point has cost the community $56,000 to fight for its right to enforce the rules.
The Vocal Minority is present in all levels of politics including Fawn Ridge. Individuals in this community seek to settle personal vendettas as well as undermine community rules and could wind up costing each and every homeowner hundreds of dollars.
Ongoing decisions are being made by the Board of Directors that affect the community and the transparancy of decisions being made. All board decisons should be made in accordance with Florida Statutes and be properly documented for all residents to review.
The President of the Association ran on a platform of transparency of information, healing the community and bringing together the dissenting factions of the community
